Hiring Students On-Campus:
Forms & Processes
Steps
to Hire Students
Advertise the on-campus job
through Career Services. Fill
out "On Campus Student Employment Request Form" and submit to Career Services via email, fax, or phone. Jobs are posted
in GUC 133 and on the
career web site.
Interview and hire
student(s). Only SU students are eligible to work on campus. Non-SU students may work
ONLY during the summer. Students must provide an SU ID to
prove eligibility to work. When a non-SU student is
hired for Summer employment, a "Personal Services Contract" is completed
through the Human Resources Department.
Advise Career Services when the
job is filled to stop advertising for that job.
