Spinning

 

Experience the benefits of a high energy, multiple intensity, and low impact cycling workout indoors. Beat the heat or cold indoors and work up a sweat that you know you've earned. Spinning is a great cardio/strength workout, combining interval training, sprints, jumps, climbs and much more. No cycling experience necessary. Each participant rides at his/her own fitness level, so all fitness levels are encouraged to attend.
