Personal Training


Personal Training involves one-on-one instruction that incorporates goal setting and health education into challenging workouts designed for each individual’s specific needs. Your trainer will be there to design appropriate fitness programs, instruct you on proper technique on a variety of exercises and at the same time, motivate you to achieve your fitness goals.
