Kick Box - A high energy class using kick boxing and boxing movements!

Hip Hop - A workout focusing on Hip Hop choreography, creative dance moves, and aerobic techniques.  This high energy class is a fun way to get in shape.

Basic Step - Basic step patterns will be introduced at a slow yet energetic pace, with creative multi-level intensity and choreography

Intermediate Step - A high impact hour of great step combinations sure to give you a great workout

Body Sculpt - Dynamite strengthening, toning, and defining all the major muscle groups. An entire class dedicated to shaping the body

Ultra Abs - Strengthen and tone the abdominal area with this half hour abs class

Power Hour - Cardio plus muscular endurance, the best combination for those that want to "burn fat" and define and shape your muscles.
