Strength Room

Strength Room Schedule

    

  

The Strength Room, located in Maggs Room 160, contains a wide variety of free weights, dumbbells, bench press, incline/decline benches, squat racks, deadlift platform, cable cross-over, lat machines, and smith machine. Users are responsible for their own possessions; nearby locker rooms are available.  Please warm-up and stretch out properly before exercising. Review the posted Strength Room rules and flyers. Always use spotters and collars.

 

 

Please re-rack all weights/bars when finished.
