Equipment Checkout

With a current SU ID card, students, faculty, and staff members are eligible to check out a limited amount of recreational equipment. Such equipment consists of basketballs, soccer balls, volleyballs, racquetball racquets, and eye guards. For a nominal fee, sleeping bags, backpacks, and tents are available for checkout on a first-come, first-serve basis. Equipment is available during scheduled times and can be checked out from room 146A and/or the strength room located near the Campus Recreation Office.  The hours for equipment checkout are:

Equipment Return Policy

If you check out equipment you must return the item you checked out and in the same condition as when you checked it out.  You will be billed for any equipment that is lost or damaged.  Items must be returned on the same day as being checked out.  No overnight rental.  Maggs is a high theft area.  If you set equipment down there is a high probability that it may be stolen.
