SU's Maggs Pool is a beautiful
facility consisting of a six lane 25 meter pool and a large patio area
for sunbathing, relaxing or conducting socials. During the school year,
the pool is open to current SU students, faculty and staff with a valid
SU ID card. SU physical education classes, men's and women's swimming
practices and meets and regularly scheduled recreational swimming times
have priority in the pool area. However, rentals are accepted from on and
off campus groups through the office of Conference Planning. Memberships
are purchased for pool use
 during the summer months with reduced rates
available for students, faculty and staff members. Pool schedules are available
in the Campus Recreation office for the current semester. Summer membership
program brochures are available between May and July each year. |
