FISCAL ADVISORY Fiscal Advisory Committee Notes April 21, 2006
Present: Charlotte Rayne, Kevin Dallaire, Sara Pagano, Jo Laird, Becky Emery, Tim Dunn, Greig Mitchell, Betty Crockett, Alan Selser (Absent: Bob Long, Memo Diriker, Lisa Gray)
The notes of the March 3, 2006 meeting were approved as submitted.
Kevin Dallaire noted that the Appropriations Committee has given $16,000 towards SafeRide.
During the remainder of the meeting, priorities were established based on requests submitted from the Vice Presidents.
Jo Laird will develop a spreadsheet which details the quantities that will be recommended along with a slightly detailed list of requested items. The spreadsheet will be circulated for accuracy, then sent with a formal statement to President’s Executive Staff and the President of the Salisbury University Forum.
Due to additional business that must be conducted related to the University budget, the committee will meet again next Friday, April 28, 2006 at 10:00 in the PCR.
