MACADR - Requirements

Admission for graduate study at Salisbury University requires applicants to submit the following items:

1	An application for graduate program admission
		- Can be submitted online or via mail by submitting the following form
2	Application fee ($45 as of 2008)
3	Official transcripts from all colleges and universities attended
4	A Residency/Domicile Information form (if applying for in-state tuition)

The following additional application documents are required specified by the Conflict Analysis Dispute Resolution program:

1	Undergraduate degree (preferably in Conflict Resolution or a related field)
		- Minimum cumulative grade point average of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale
2	M.A. CADR application form
3	Three letters of recommendation
		- From individuals qualified to judge the applicant’s ability to do graduate work in Conflict Analysis and Dispute Resolution
4	Resume or CV
5	Personal statement detailing the applicant’s goals and objectives
		- The essay should outline the applicant’s reasons for pursuing this MA
		- Essay should be typed and double space 1-2 pages in length
6	A writing sample
		- Applicant's should submit a sample work of 5-10 pages that demonstrates their writing abilities
