Annie Adkins

Annie is a Laboratory Research Technician who has worked in the BST Lab since September, 2003. She has an A.A.S. degree from Delaware Tech and Community College as a Medical Laboratory Technician. She received a B.S. degree in Biology (Microbiology track) from Salisbury University.

Her duties include:

Scat and water sample processing:

	Subculturing
	Inoculating 96-well plates
	Replica plating onto Ab plates
	Freezing isolates

Internal quality control to monitor selection process of our indicator organism, Enterococci, using the PYR screening test, and API and BiOLOG ID systems.
