Two NCAA Tournament Appearances

The 2006 CAC women's soccer champions
The Salisbury University women's soccer program won the 2006 Capital Athletic Conference championship. The Sea Gulls have won three CAC titles and been to the NCAA tournament two times since the program debuted in 1994. In 2000, the Sea Gulls made it to the Elite 8.


SU's Kate Weaver takes a shot on goal
Weaver selected to NSCAA Scholar All-East Region
KANSAS CITY, Kan. - The postseason accolades keep piling up for Salisbury University women's soccer star Kate Weaver. The senior forward was recently named to the National Soccer Coaches Association of America (NSCAA) Women's College Scholar All-East region as an honorable mention selection. This award is comprised of Division I, II and III student-athletes.

This is the second national academic award for Weaver this school year as she was selected to the 2007 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Women's Soccer First Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), back on November 29. MORE
