selected to NSCAA Scholar All-East Region This is the second national academic award for Weaver this school year as she was selected to the 2007 ESPN The Magazine Academic All-America Women's Soccer First Team, as selected by the College Sports Information Directors of America (CoSIDA), back on November 29. She became the 14th Sea Gull to earn Academic All-America honors in the College Division since 2001. The Abingdon, Md., native holds a 4.0 grade point average and is a math major. She is one of three student-athletes out of 124 selections to the All-East region to hold a 4.0 cumulative grade point average. Weaver, the CAC Women's Soccer Player of the Year and a two-time All-CAC first team selection, led the team in nearly all offensive categories including goals (11), assists (eight), points (30), shots (63), shots on goal (43) and game-winning goals (five). The Sea Gulls went 14-4-1 in 2007 with a return trip to the NCAA Division III tournament.
