garners second-team All-Maryland from PrestoSports Williams, the Capital Athletic Conference leading scorer with a 22.3 points per game average, was edged out of the first team by Ryan Junghans of Hood College and Steven Segears of Villa Julie College. Junghans finished the season with a 20.5 points per game average while Segears scored 16.4 points per game. The Hanover, Md. native became only the 27th member of the Salisbury University 1,000 point club as he finished his career ranked 8th with 1,439 career points. The Sea Gulls finished second in the annual Pride of Maryland tournament as they fell to Johns Hopkins University in the championship game, 71-60. The Pride of Maryland is comprised of nine NCAA Division III men's basketball schools in the Free Line State. They included Frostburg State, Goucher, Hood, Johns Hopkins, McDaniel, Salisbury, St. Mary's (Md.), Villa Julie and Washington (Md.). On the season, Salisbury went 6-4 against the Pride of Maryland schools and finished with a 12-14 record. The 2006-07 Pride of Maryland All-Maryland Team
