The Salisbury
University football program won its second straight ECAC Bowl Championship
game in 2006 and completed the teams fifth consecutive winning season. The
Sea Gulls have made five appearances in the NCAA Division III Playoffs
(1983, 95, 86, 2002 and 04) which includes a National Runner-up in the
1986 season. Salisbury won back-to-back Atlantic Central Football Conference
titles in 2004 and 2005.

honors
STERLING, Va. The
D3football.com 2007 All-South Region Teams were announced recently and Salisbury
University was represented with three players on one of the three respected
teams. Junior David Preston was selected as a second team member at
offensive line while fellow junior Jarrell Chandler and senior Joe
Galloway earned third team honors at defensive line.
