COLLEGE PARK, Md. –
Sophomore distance runner Kelly Sullivan set one of three new school records for Salisbury University on Saturday afternoon as she provisionally qualified for NCAA nationals in the steeplechase with a first-place time of 11:14.08.

Along side Sullivan, the Sea Gulls had six other top 10 performances which included a third place finish by sophomore Bobby Price, who tied the SU record in high jump at 6-6. The men’s 4x400 meter relay team of Josh Michael, Colton Vander Vliet, Adam Cook and Sam Singleton finished fourth overall as they finished with a season best time of 3:22.62.

Juniors Eric Graves and Vilet each ran a personal best in the 5,000 meters and the 400 meter hurdles as they both finished fifth with times of 15:13.30 and 55.27, respectively.

Alicia Canzanse, Casey McInerny, Jenn Bulger and Victorica Lawson set a new school record in the 4x400 meter relay as they finished 10th with a time of 4:03.83.

Lawson carried the momentum from the 4x400 meter relay to the 200 meter run as she broke her own school record, that she set a week ago, with a time of 26.10.

Junior Sam Singleton rounded out the top performances of the afternoon for Salisbury as he finished sixth in the 400 meters with a time of 49.51.
