BFA - photography

My photography generally focuses on nature shots, animal wildlife, and shots of moments that may be generally overlooked. I feel that the small things in life are the most important, because the little experiences and lessons are what form the foundations of our lives. In today's day and age, no one has the time to "see" rather than just simply "look" at something and consider it in the bigger, more vast space around it. The texture of an animal's fur, the shadows that distort a landscape at sunset, the vivid colors in simple objects discarded and lost every day - these are examples of the kind of photography I want to contribute, and remind the world that these little moments should not be overlooked. I want to give the world the kind of photos that make people stop in their tracks and take a second out of their hectic schedules, to be reminded that everything has beauty and that nothing is small.
