DESCRIBE YOUR CAREER PATH:
My career in fundraising and development actually began at Salisbury! I was a graduate student working in University Advancement and fell in love with the profession.

MOST IMPORTANT THING YOU LEARNED WHILE ATTENDING SALISBURY UNIVERSITY:
Always give second chances if you can. I almost failed out of Salisbury my sophomore year - but was given a second chance and never looked back. Had I not received that second chance, the trajectory of my life would have been drastically different.

WHAT CAMPUS ACTIVITIES/ORGANIZATIONS WERE YOU INVOLVED WITH?
I was SGA President as an undergrad. I worked in the Sports Information office throughout grad school, and it was one of the most exhausting yet greatest times of my life!

BEST COLLEGE MEMORY:
Working in Sports Information was incredible; to be part of such successful Division III programs was a privilege. My greatest memory has to be when Salisbury Field Hockey won the 2009 National Championship... I was given a championship ring, and it's one of my most prized possessions.

WHY DID YOU CHOOSE SALISBURY UNIVERSITY?
It's a phenomenal institution in a geographically optimal area - close to the beach, close to D.C. and Baltimore, but rural enough that I was able to ride my bicycle for hours and hours and never see a car. Plus, our mascot is better than everyone else's.

IF YOU COULD DESCRIBE SALISBURY UNIVERSITY IN THREE WORDS, WHAT WOULD THEY BE AND WHY?
"Feels like home." Every time I come back to visit and see Holloway Hall on my drive down Camden Avenue, the great memories come flooding back.

FAVORITE VACATION SPOT AND WHY?
I travel a lot for work, so my favorite place to be is HOME!

GREATEST ACCOMPLISHMENT:
After losing 100 pounds, I have finished two half-Ironman triathlons and two marathons.

WHAT IS SOMETHING PEOPLE DON'T KNOW ABOUT YOU?
I have an unhealthy obsession with Mr. Clean Magic Erasers and Windex.

HOBBIES/OTHER INTERESTS:
Hanging out with my better half and our two beautiful adopted dogs!
