Current students interested in declaring and/or changing their intended program of study are responsible for completing the Declaration or Change of Major/Minor form. This form is available in the Registrar's Office (HH 120) and can be downloaded from the Registrar's website. Business students do not use the paper form but may change their major online at the Perdue Advising website.

The Declaration or Change of Major/Minor form should then be taken to the intended program of study academic department where a new academic advisor will be assigned.

Current students should be aware of any changes in advisor assignment when changing academic programs to ensure contact with the appropriate advisor during program planning. Students should also review their degree progress report several weeks after the declaration or change of major/minor form has been processed in order to view their new program requirements.
