Preview
Incoming students are invited to
New Student Preview programs in either January
or June, depending on
their enrollment date.
At New Student Preview, students will have
the opportunity to:

Create their first
semester course schedule

Learn about the
degree requirements within their major
-
Learn about the SU
online registration system - GullNet
-
Informally chat with
department faculty or advisors within their
academic department
Advising at New Student
Preview is conducted in a group format and one-on-one advising
is not available for students at that time. Once matriculated
and enrolled at SU, students will then have an opportunity to
meet with an assigned academic advisor one-on-one.
The New Student Preview
programs also give students and
parents an opportunity to become oriented to the campus,
learn about campus resources, acquire a student ID card, and
much more. Contact the
