Colleen serves as the primary person in the Residency Office and performs all preliminary reviews, follow-up with students, and coordinates all documentation for appeals.   Any questions regarding the policy, how to fill out forms, etc. should be addressed to her.  She also provides assistance to any student and/or potential student regarding both the petition form and any applicable appeal.

Alan serves as the President's designee for deciding tuition residency appeals. Although he can assist students in obtaining the proper documentation for the appeal, he cannot adjudicate an appeal without all information first having been submitted to the Residency Office and subsequently receiving a recommendation from the Residency Appeals Committee.

Heather can assist students in preparing appeals and provide any additional explanation needed in regards to the tuition residency policy.  In addition, she is the Residency Office liaison for the Residency Appeals Committee.
