Support Services / PIC

Mission Statement

We are the materials management department for the campus. We perform various duties to include:

• set-up and break-down of University owned equipment to include tables, chairs, stages, portable dry erase boards, stanchions and easels (PIC Operations)

• delivery of shipments/supplies

• relocation/move office equipment/furniture/surplus

• control of surplus equipment

• equipment disposal/transfers

• provide seating and lecterns for classrooms

• purchasing (purchase all furniture and name tags for the campus)

• Public Bidding for Physical Plant

• Physical Plant employee Uniform Service

We are located on the East Campus at 119  Bateman Street.

Please feel free to come visit us from 7 am - 5 pm, Monday - Friday (Summer Hours 7am - 4:30 pm); Shipping/Receiving hours are 8 am - 3:30 pm
