TECHNICAL AND EVENT SERVICES GUIDELINES:
1.
Please secure space through the Facilities Reservations Office
(410) 548-3344 or www.salisbury.edu/reserve/
.
2. A completed work order and Technical and Events Services
worksheet outlining all of your technical needs must be
completed no later than two weeks before the scheduled program
or event.
3. If you are contracting a performing group a technical rider
must be provided to and approved by the Technical/Event
Coordinator no later than three weeks before the scheduled
performance.
4. All university and event policies must be followed, i.e. an
advisor must be in attendance during SU student events;
University Police must be contacted and appropriate officer
coverage provided, etc. (please refer to the student handbook or

5. Our department supports events for Registered Student
Organizations, official university departments and requests by
off campus groups through Conference Services.
Please note specific areas served:
-Holloway Hall Auditorium
-The Great Hall
-Caruthers Auditorium
-The Social Room in Holloway Hall
-The Commons
-The Guerrieri University Center
-Maggs Gym
-Athletic Fields (*must be coordinated through Campus
Recreation-they will contact Event Services for any technical
needs)
-Special Technical Events on SU’s campus and any pre-scheduled
designated events off-site.
