What is it eRecruiting.com and how do students use it? 

eRecruiting.com is an on-line database used by employers to post internships and permanent job openings for interested Salisbury University students.  The database is a Career Services resource that is utilized by the Perdue School of Business ABLE Internship Program. 

eRecruiting is an excellent resource for local and regional internships. For many of the internship postings you can apply directly online. Occasionally, employers request you fax or mail your resume along with a cover letter to apply for the position.  Postings include employer information, job descriptions for available internships, contact information, and how to apply.

You can access this database from any computer on or off campus.  To log onto eRecruiting go to http://salisbury.erecruiting.com. eRecruiting is password protected. Students should use the following username and password the first time they log onto eRecruiting.  Once logged on, an individual's password can be changed.    
 
      Username: Your SU Network Login     
      Password:  Your Birthday (mmddyy)

For the ABLE Internship Program requirements, you need to:

  1. Open your account
  2. Complete your profile
  3. Upload your resume & cover letter
  4. Publish your resume to the Internship Resume Book

Your resume must be published in the eRecruiting.com database to complete your application requirements for the ABLE Internship course.
