Orientation

oreintation photo - students sitting and talkingAt the beginning of the semester all students are required to attend a mandatory orientation program. This program will provide an opportunity for you to meet other international students and the International Student Advisor.

This is when we introduce and discuss the immigration regulations international students must know. We will also discuss such topics as employment, the US education system, how to obtain your US social security number, hints on settling into a new culture, as well as answer any of your questions. At the conclusion of this program, we will provide a guided tour of campus and an opportunity to go shopping in local stores.
