Christine Smith Scholarship – 2004

Recommended for this scholarship by University of Louisville, Kent School of Social Work faculty, and received $1,500 from the International Order of the

Odd Fellows to pursue doctoral studies.

The Kentucky Social Welfare Foundation - 2004-2006

Awarded $20,000 to develop a working definition for “non-profit organizational effectiveness” and to develop KSWF grant guidelines and grant rating tool. This research culminated into a doctoral dissertation.
