Tell us about your most cherished musical experience.

Two summers at the New England Music Camp in Oakland, ME, was an awesome experience.  I played with the Boston Pops while attending the University of Delaware and at Carnegie Hall with my school band in junior high.  While with the SSO, I had the opportunity to play with the Moody Blues.  The list of playing different places with different groups goes on and on.

My favorite performance with the SSO was the winter concert of 2009 when we played Brahms’ Violin Concerto.

If you had to play a different instrument, which would you choose?  Why?

I want to learn soprano saxophone, but so far it sounds like a frightened goose.  I also know several tunes on the banjo and the harmonica, but I hope that no one will ever depend upon my playing any of these.
