World Drum Ensemble

World Drum Ensemble (MUSA 103-006) –This course is designed to guide the student through his/ her introduction to the techniques playing world percussion instruments. Throughout the semester the student will be introduced various rhythms and instruments from Latin America, Africa and other nations from around the world, including; Conga drums, Djembe, claves, talking drums, shakers, and various bells.
