The AVP is responsible for providing effective strategic vision and leadership in all areas of human resource management. Responsibilities include hands-on oversight and management of the University’s human resource activities including:

Benefits & Wellness Specialist
This position is responsible for benefit and wellness program administration and outreach.
Class/Comp and HRIS Specialist
Laurie is responsible for providing professional level support with respect to the development, implementation, and administration of the Classification/Compensation and HRIS function.
As appropriate will also provide support for faculty and staff matters related to various HR functional areas and HR-facets of the employment life-cycle.

Elizabeth greets and provides assistance to employees, students, applicants and visitors and performs a variety of administrative support duties for the Human Resources Office. She is responsible for processing Criminal History Checks and assisting with the Search and Selection process.
