Instructors (Pool) - English Language Institute - Faculty Position (11051)

The English Language Institute at Salisbury University seeks qualified, part-time instructors to teach up to two courses per semester in an effort to maintain a pool of applicants for future openings.

Primary Job Duties: Teach at any one of four different levels of English as a Second Language from Novice to Advanced and in the skill areas of writing, speaking, reading, grammar, or elective areas; follow course syllabi and academic policies as established by the English Language Institute; complete duties as detailed in ELI Part-Time Instructors Handbook including such issues as student attendance policies, filing of grades, and other academic matters; teaching opportunities available during the day and evening; summer teaching opportunities also possible.

Minimum Qualifications: Masters Degree in TESOL, English, or related field. Experience teaching adult English language learners strongly preferred.
