- Dr. Edward Senkbeil is an alumnus of SU where he earned a B.S. in 1972. He
then went on to earn a M.S. and Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of
Delaware. He teaches General Chemistry, Organic Chemistry, Biochemistry,
Laboratory Safety, and Chemistry Outreach.
Research interests of Dr. Senkbeil include properties of hemocyanin and
lactate dehydrogenase. Dr. Senkbeil and his students perform
chemical demonstrations for K-12 grade audiences, teachers, and parents each
year.
