Dr. Edward Senkbeil is an alumnus of SU where he earned a B.S. in 1972. He then went on to earn a M.S. and Ph.D. in biochemistry from the University of Delaware. He teaches General Chemistry Organic Chemistry Biochemistry and Laboratory Safety.

Research interests of Dr. Senkbeil include properties of hemocyanin and lactate dehydrogenase. He is also an enthusiast of biochemical education.
