Do you have a job?
Are you graduating in May? Guess what-it is May now. Do you have employment or are you moving back in with your parents? When did you start your job search? If the answer to that is anything less than one year ago you are behind!
How can you play catch-up? I would suggest stating with this website from Career Services:

This website has many, many resources you can and NEED to use. Also setup an appointment with us, Career Services, to make sure all your documentation is ok. We will give you more resources too. It is time to move and make something happen. We can help.

Reasons to Follow-up After an Interview
You MUST follow up with a thank you note/letter after your interview. Don't wait-DO IT!
Following an interview, promptly (within 2 business days) write the interviewer a letter expressing appreciation and thanks for the interview.
The purpose of this letter is to:
>Show appreciation for the employer's interest in you.
>Reiterate your interest in the position and in the organization.
>Review or remind the employer about your qualifications for the position. If you thought of something you forgot to mention in the interview, mention it in your follow-up / thank-you letter.
>Demonstrate that you have good manners and know to write a thank-you letter.
>Follow up with any information the employer may have asked you to provide after the interview.
